Why Isn't My Home Selling???
July 12th, 2007 10:15 PM

The experts will debate that question as long as there is someone willing to listen.  Location and price aside, the simple answer is that there are more homes for sale then there are buyers.  That simple equation is what controlls the market.  Put another way, the real estate market follows the supply and demand principle.  Below are listed some of the municipalities in my market area and the number of single family homes for sale as of 10:00 PM Eastern on July 12, 2007:

Berlin Boro (61), Berlin Twp. (30), Egg Harbor City (44), Egg Harbor Twp. (447), Folson Boro (10), Franklin Twp. (159), Galloway Twp. (340), Hamilton Twp. (246), Hammonton (110), Monroe Twp. (327), Mullica Twp. (47), Pleasantville (177), Somers Point (85), Voorhees Twp. (284), Washington Twp. (379) and Winslow Twp. (530).

I would be happy to supply data for your hometown.  Send an email to dennis@denniscolasurdo.com  There is no obligation.
